Tailored to Suit

Everybody that comes for tuition has different strengths and weakness in their photographic skills. Before you embark on your day, the tutor will chat to you about the areas you specifically want to work on. The theory sessions of the course will cover the whole process of taking competent motorsport pictures. Whilst carrying out the practical sessions, the tutor will assess your understanding of the theory and your physical skill, and then concentrate on certain areas so that you get the best from the day.

1 to 1 Shadowing, is were you are at an event when the photographer is working for a client to supply pictures. You work with him all day long listening to how, and why, the shot is being taken, and the thought process behind the shot. You will be able to imitate and practice the same pictures receiving feedback on your technique and results.

1 to 1 Conventional training. The pro will explain the theory of the shots to look out for, and demonstrate the techniques used to capture the pictures correctly. Your performance will be under constant scrutiny throughout the day.

1 to 2 or 1 to 3 training. Why not bring your partner or a friend? Same as the 1 to 1, but as one photographer is shooting, the pro is critiquing the other, and vice versa.
